Bakealicious – New addition to our Meath shop

We here in Sheridans Virginia Rd Station shop in Meath are extremely excited to welcome Eimear of Bakealicious into our shop. Bakealicious have opened a new ‘Pop-up Tearooms‘  and will offer a great selection of cakes and bakes Thursday – Friday from 12pm – 6pm and Saturday from 10am – 6pm. So why not pop by and try some of her delicious treats. I highly recommend the ‘Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie’ – all the goodness of two desserts rolled into one, delicious. And guess what? All of Eimear’s cakes and bakes are made from Organic Spelt Flour.

Here is a few words from Eimear herself:

I, Eimear Reynolds, extend my warmest welcome to you, the enthusiast of all things baked, to experience the delicious extravaganza that is Bakealicious Pop-Up Tearooms.

Our cheesy chums of Sheridan’s Cheesemongers at Virginia Road Station, Co. Meath have invited us to share our organic spelt made cakes and bakes with you, the food lovers, on a regular basis as well as a selection of delicious teas and coffees.

After attending the Farmer’s Market held there each Saturday for under a year now, Bakealicious was delighted to avail of the opportunity to have a Pop-Up Tearooms.

I studied Baking and Pastry Arts Management at National Bakery School of Ireland in DIT where I graduated in 2012. On graduating I, like many of my peers, found myself struggling to get permanent work, thus Bakealicious was born.

Yes, The Bakealicious Pop-Up Tearoom is going to satisfy all your cakey and bready needs Thursdays and Friday 12pm to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm.

Golden Tickets are not required. Hope to see you there!”
