Hailing from Northern Spain, Conservas Ortiz have been perfecting their techniques for more than 100 years. They only use sustainable methods in catching their tuna and anchovies, using ‘live bait’ and ensuring all their fish is line-caught only. We stock a wide range of their products.
It all started in the early 1900’s when Gaetano Sergiacomo began making his pasta using a simple recipe consisting of only the best durum wheat, spring water and of course time, skill and attention that was perfected over time. Fast forward today and Gaetano’s grandson Gianluigi Peduzzi still makes pasta using the very same recipes and techniques perfected by his grandfather. We stock a range of over 20 Rustichella pastas.
Prunotto Mariangela is an organic family farm in the heart of the Piemonte, Northern Italy, founded by Mariangela and run by her son Roberto. All of the produce they grow is 100% organic and their production facilities are equipped with solar panels to generate 100% sustainable energy. They produce a range of pasta sauces, pestos, honey and compotes exclusively for Sheridans.
Made in Stradone, Co. Cavan by award winning chocolatier Ann Rudden since 1999, Aines Chocolates now have a range of over 20 products stocked at Sheridans. These deliciously smooth, handmade Irish chocolates include a vast range of 100g chocolate bars, gift boxes, truffles and many more.
Made by the award winning Janet Drew in Co. Wicklow. What started out in kitchen in 1995, Janet’s Country Fayre has grown and now her signature purple labels are instantly recognisable. We stock a wide range of Janet’s chutneys and relishes.
An award winning family business based in Co. Cork, run by Arun Kapil. Working with his family in India, Arun oversees the search for India’s finest spices. It is then in Cork where Arun and his team blend, grind and produce their wonderful array of spice blends and sauces.
Established in 1989 by Birgitta & Peter Curtin, the Burren Smokehouse is a family-run business based in Co. Clare. They believe in the finest quality products and place a strong emphasis on quality standards in cooperation with the organisations who certify them.
Patisserie Regale have been baking since 2003 in Dunmanway, Co. Cork. They place a strong emphasis on hand crafting their products. They source only the finest local raw ingredients for their cookies and other wonderful products.
Second generation apple farmer, Con Traas and his family, of The Apple Farm just outside of Cahir, Co. Tipperary have been tending to their orchards since moving to Ireland in the 1960’s from the Netherlands. We stock a wide range of Con’s juices and lemonades.
At Mella’s Fudge, they make good, old-fashioned fudge. By old-fashioned, they mean crumbly, buttery, the flavour your grandmother might remember from the good old days. Luxurious and decadent, it’s addictive to say the least!
Famous for its milling, Macroom’s Donal Creedon of Macroom Oatmeal mills his own traditionally stone ground wholemeal flour and oatmeal. Donal’s flour is one of the main ingredients that go into making our Irish Brown Bread crackers.
Dunany organic flour is grown, dried, milled and packaged in Dunany, Co. Louth by the Workman family. Dunany Farm is a traditional 4th generation enterprise, producing full symbol organic cereals since 2006.
