Here at Sheridans we are passionately committed to sourcing the highest quality artisan products and forging links directly with the food producers. The close relationships we have with our suppliers are of utmost importance to the ethos of the company.

Many of the farmhouse cheeses and foods we sell are handmade locally in Ireland, but we also have a wide selection of delicious artisan produce from Europe.

We stock a list too long to print of Irish Farmhouse cheese including Durrus, Gubbeen, Wicklow Farm cheeses, Coolea and Cooleeney Raw Milk Cheese.

We have ensured that we source the best of continental cheeses available; to single out a few; Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano, Dongé Brie de Meaux, Marcel Petit Comté, all of which we ensure reach you at their optimum level of ripeness and maturity.

Our product range doesn’t end there, we source many pantry items such as handmade pasta from Rustichella, Organic pasta sauces and condiments from Pronotto,  handmade Chutneys from Janets country fayre, Gubbeen Meats from Gubeen Smokehouse, Tinned fish from Ortiz, the list is endless.
