They practice rotational/companion farming and only intervene when necessary to try to let nature take its natural course.

Their passata/peeled tomatoes/tomato & basil sauce have no addition of salt so they can be seasoned by customer as they wish depending no the dish.

Their sauces are additive free, no dried herbs, no concentrates, and do not use any additional sugars
