Domaine de Montcy, Cheverny Blanc – organic
A native of Liguria, Laura Semeria, took over the 20-hectare Domaine de Montcy estate in 2007 and immediately began converting it to organic viticulture. She now produces wines from pinot noir,
gamay and cot, and whites from sauvignon blanc and chardonnay. She is one of only a handful producers within the tiny Cour-Cheverny appellation.
