Francis Miot Abricot (Apricot) Jam 340g
Francis Miot’s Abricot Fruit Preserve won a Gold Medal during the 2013 Paris International Agricultural Show.
Cooked with “bulida” apricots which are big flavored fruits with a firm flesh, this must of jams seduced the jury at the Show. It had good stability, flavored and with a good length on the palate. The apricot is cultivated for more than 5 000 years in China. It can also be found in the Himalaya.
Ingredients: apricot 60 %, cane sugar 39 %, concentrated lemon juice, natural vanilla extract, boisson spiritueuse, gelling agent: fruits pectin (from the fruits). Allergen : Ø. Conservation : the Apricot fruit preserve must be kept in fridge and consumed within one month after opening
