The Apple Farm is a family-run fruit farm located between Cahir and Clonmel in County Tipperary, Ireland. Established in 1968 by Willem and Ali Traas, who moved from the Netherlands to pursue fruit growing, the farm has built a long-standing tradition of orchard production in Ireland. Today, the farm is run by their son Con Traas, who continues to develop the family business with a strong focus on sustainable fruit growing and on-site production. The Apple Farm grows a wide range of fruit including apples, pears, plums, cherries, strawberries, and raspberries, and produces juices, sparkling juices, cider, and cider vinegar directly from its own harvest, reflecting a commitment to fresh, seasonal, and locally grown produce.
