Our soft range includes white mould-ripened cheeses in the Brie and Camembert family, washed rinds with a savoury, farmyard depth, and fresh young cheeses with a clean lactic lift.

Ripeness is everything with soft cheese. We cut and wrap to order and we will tell you honestly whether a wheel is ready this week or wants another few days.
