Blanco Niño Tortilla Creamy Jalapeno Tortillas

Blanco Niño tortillas are made using whole corn that’s nixtamalised (soaked and cooked in limewater) then ground into fresh masa. The dough is pressed into thin rounds and baked on a hot griddle to give a soft texture with a light, toasty corn flavour.
