Description

Easter Bunny Goats Cheese

Our Easter Bunny cheese is made on a family farm in the Midi-Pyrénées region . For generations, this farm has passionately raised a herd of 500 Alpine goats on 80 hectares . The raw milk produced is transformed into cheeses with a unique flavor. Thanks to artisanal know-how passed down and perfected over time, each cheese is made with respect for tradition. Original in its shape and surprising in its taste, this cheese will surely make a small impression on your Easter platter . Not only is this cheese visually appealing, but it is also very attractive in taste. When young, its aromas develop tangy touches and goaty notes. As it matures, it develops a more rustic flavor, but one that remains well-balanced on the palate.
