Marius Fabre is a historic French soap manufacturer based in Salon-de-Provence, founded in 1900 by Marius Fabre. The company is one of the last remaining traditional makers of authentic Savon de Marseille, producing soap through the classic cauldron (saponification) method using 100% vegetable oils. Family-owned for four generations, the savonerie is now run by descendants of the founder and continues to uphold the traditional Marseille soap-making process with no colourants, synthetic additives, or animal fats. Its range includes Marseille soap, black soap, and natural household and personal care products. Recognised for preserving Provençal soap-making heritage, Marius Fabre has maintained continuous production on its historic site in Salon-de-Provence for over a century.
