Description

Prosecco Spumante Brut Tenuta Civranetta Fidora

Prosecco Spumante Brut Tenuta Civranetta Fidora is produced from Glera grapes using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in pressurised stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and bright fruit character. Made in the Veneto region of northern Italy, it reflects the area’s long-standing sparkling wine tradition and is widely enjoyed as an aperitif or alongside light seafood and antipasti dishes.

His grandson Emilio, now at the helm of the estate, continued Guido's legacy and converted the farm to biodynamic. Their respect for the land, environment and tradition shows in their wines that are pure and genuine, and a perfect example Valpolicella can be.
