Vincent Gaudry

Sancerre, France

Vincent Gaudry took over the family estate in the early 90's when he was only 18 years old, and converted to biodynamic farming almost immediately, making him one of pioneers of the region. The approach to vinification is definitely simple, with spontaneous fermentations and with a minimal use of sulphites.
