Sette Rosato

Made from barbera grapes that are gently pressed with short skin contact to extract just a light pink hue before being fermented at cool temperatures. It is typically vinified in stainless steel to preserve bright red berry aromatics, freshness, and a clean, crisp finish without oak influence.
