Sicilia Grillo

Sicilia Grillo is made from the native Grillo grape grown in Sicily, typically harvested in the early morning to preserve freshness and then gently pressed to extract clean, aromatic juice. It is usually fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain its bright citrus, floral notes and natural coastal salinity without oak influence.
