XIC

XIC is a modern organic white wine from Spain’s Penedès region, made from 100% Xarel·lo grapes grown in estate vineyards and hand-harvested to ensure freshness and quality. It is fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts and aged on fine lees before bottling to preserve purity while adding subtle texture and depth. A contemporary Catalan “young, fresh, terroir-driven” wine style, where the focus is on expressing the grape’s natural citrus, stone fruit, and herbal character rather than oak influence. Serve chilled as an aperitif or paired with tapas, seafood, salads, and light Mediterranean dishes.
