Sheridans Cheese Course

Cheese Courses with Sheridans Cheesemongers are held twice yearly, in the spring and autumn in Dublin City Centre in the beautiful Café Joly at the National Library.

The aim of our cheese courses is to give participants a gfour-part-cheese-course-dublin-1351117420ood grounding on:

  • How cheese is made
  • Different types of cheeses from around the world
  • A focus on Irish Farmhouse Cheese
  • Specific comparative tasting
  • Matching cheese with wines and other foods.
Evening courses are based around a talk and tutored tasting of at least six different cheeses and run from 6.45 – 8.15pm each week
The dates for 2017 are:

Spring 2017

Monday 27th February, Monday 6th March and Monday 13th March

*This 3 part cheese course will run on from 6.45 – 8.15pm each week.

Autumn 2017: TBC
