Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 75 chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 400ml of Coffe
- ladyfingers
Preparation
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then incorporate the mascarpone. Whip the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mascarpone mix.
Compose the dessert by layering the cream, ladyfingers soaked in coffe (cold), and some chopped chocolate.
