Ordering
You can place your order now and select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
We do our very best to dispatch orders so they arrive as close as possible to your selected date. However, once your order has been handed over to UPS, the final delivery timing is managed by UPS and can occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control. The date selected at checkout is your preferred delivery date. While we always aim to meet this date, it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
UPS delivery times can vary depending on route, location, weather, operational delays and peak seasonal demand. This is particularly important during Christmas and other busy periods.
For time-sensitive orders, gifts, events or special occasions, we recommend choosing an earlier delivery date than required (at least 2 working days earlier).
There is an 11am cut-off time for same-day dispatch.
When you place your order, you will receive an order receipt by email.
During busy periods, especially Christmas, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery date at least 2 working days earlier than the date you need your order. This gives extra time in case of courier delays and helps ensure your cheese arrives in plenty of time.

We deliver to:
Ireland: Tuesday – Friday
EU: Tuesday – Friday
Delivery to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: €10
Delivery to EU: €50 flat rate
Orders for England, Scotland and Wales are currently suspended due to Brexit.
Virtual Products
Gift vouchers, event tickets and Cheese Club Memberships are delivered by email.
You will receive your online printable voucher immediately after ordering, regardless of the delivery date selected at checkout.
Gifting
At checkout, you can enter a separate delivery address if you are sending your order as a gift. You can also include a personal message, which will be added to your order.
If your gift is needed for a specific date, especially during Christmas, we recommend selecting a delivery date 1–2 working days earlier to allow for any possible courier delays.
Packing
We pack all orders carefully using recyclable and sustainable materials.
We use high-quality insulation and chill packs to help keep your cheese cool and protected while in transit.
Deliveries
We use UPS for our deliveries.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. You will also receive updates when your order has shipped and once delivery has been completed.

Please note that delivery updates, including any delay notifications, are sent directly by UPS.
Deliveries are made during the day and may take place up until 8pm. Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery, especially as your order may contain chilled or perishable products.
Once an order has been collected by UPS, Sheridans Cheesemongers cannot guarantee the exact delivery time or date. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
