Enoz Primitivo Il Chaos
About This Drink
In contrast to its Puglian cousins this Primitivo is taut and minerally deep – full of volcanic influence, not jammy and overpowering in its alcohol. Drinks best after a good day of airing! If you love Etna reds you’ll love this.

Producer
A new winery with old vines from Roberto Zeno in Sessa Aurunca, overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta in the province of Caserta. Production is currently 8,000 bottles a year of Fiano, Primitivo, Falanghina and a Rosato di Primitivo. The land is about 22 hectares of which 5 are detdicated to vineyards. The rest are a mixture of olive groves, wheat and legumes. Vinifications of Enoz Wine are carried out exclusively in amphora - in part - in dedication to the ancient legacy of wine in this landscape but also to allow for the volcanic character of the vineyards to show through.Seasonal Best Sellers
