This Sliced chorizo is made by Martinez Somalo, a family business producing Spanish charcuterie since 1900. Chorizo vela is infused with aromatic Pimenton de la Vera, a unique smoked paprika only made in one valley in western Spain. It lends a distinctly rich smoky flavour and a deep red colour.
