Each year, our friend Roberto Vezzoso selects oils from native olive varieties taggiasca, moraiolo, biancolilla, coratina, and novellara from the surrounding area. He blends them into a single, standout olive oil that captures the flavour of the Italian countryside and that year’s harvest.

The result? A golden-green, aromatic oil that’s perfectly balanced and endlessly versatile. We use it for everything from dipping crusty  bread, whisking into vinaigrettes, drizzling over grilled veggies, or to finish a dish.
