Our Truffle honey is specially selected for us by producer Prunotto. This Italian pure blossom honey is made by Prunotto Organic Farm in the Piemontese hills, a sliver of truffle is added to the honey and the aroma permeates the entire honey adding a rich aroma. Beautiful drizzled on hard cheeses.
