Chateau Coupe Roses Bastide Minervois

Château Coupe-Roses Bastide Minervois is made from biodynamically farmed Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grown on stony clay-limestone slopes in the Upper Minervois at 200–350 m altitude. The grapes are hand-harvested, co-fermented with a short maceration of around a week, then gently pressed and fermented to completion in stainless steel before ageing in tank to preserve its fresh, fruit-driven character.
