The cooperative is internationally recognised for its high-quality butter, cream, and cheeses made from rich, pasture-fed cow’s milk influenced by the coastal terroir. Products such as Isigny butter and Camembert are known for their exceptional flavour and texture, supported by protected designation of origin (PDO) status for several items. Isigny Sainte-Mère continues to operate as a cooperative owned by its farmers, combining traditional Normandy know-how with modern quality standards and strong export presence worldwide.
