Description

Falorni Salame Tartufo

Falorni truffle salami is made in Tuscany using selected pork that is coarsely ground and seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic, and traditional spices. Black truffle is added to the mixture, then the meat is stuffed into natural casings and slowly dry-cured so the salami develops structure while the truffle aroma infuses throughout.
