A tasting exploring the different characteristic and production methods of sparkling wines. During the evening, we will sample four different sparkling wines with unique style and from different regions.

The tasting will be paired with a curated selection of cheeses.

Our Galway wine tastings take place in the room above our cheese shop on Churchyard Street, and are led by our mongers and wine bar team. They are interactive and informal, and open to novice and experienced cheese and wine enthusiasts alike.
