Golfera Diced Pancetta Affumicato is savoury and smoky, with a rich pork fat sweetness balanced by gentle salt and cured meat depth. The texture is tender and slightly chewy, releasing a warm, bacon-like flavour that works well in pasta, risotto, and cooked dishes.

Description

Golfera Diced Pancetta Affumicato

Pancetta Affumicato is made from pork belly that is trimmed, salted, and seasoned with spices. It is then slowly cured, and lightly smoked (“affumicato”) to develop its savoury depth before being diced for convenience and ready-to-use cooking.
