Meet Our Producers

Weingut Heinrich

Austria, Burgenland

Weingut Heinrich is a leading biodynamic winery based in Gols in Austria’s Burgenland region, on the shores of Lake Neusiedl. Founded by Gernot and Heike Heinrich, the estate has played a key role in shaping Austria’s modern natural and biodynamic wine movement. The winery farms its vineyards according to biodynamic principles, focusing on soil health, biodiversity, and minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar. It is particularly known for expressive red blends and elegant white wines made from varieties such as Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, and local indigenous grapes. With a philosophy centred on balance, vitality, and purity, Weingut Heinrich produces wines that reflect both the unique landscape of Burgenland and a deep respect for nature-driven winemaking.
