La Narval Mackerel Fillets in Olive Oil
Firm, meaty mackerel fillets with a rich, savoury flavour and a clean, oily finish. They are cooked in seawater, lightly dried, then packed in olive oil, which rehydrates the fish and carries the flavour through. High in vitamins B6 and B12.
La Narval tin their fish on the Ría de Arousa in Galicia, north-west Spain. Delicious with crusty bread, flaked through a salad, or simply dressed with lemon and herbs.
