La Narval Sardines in Olive Oil
Tender, meaty sardines with a rich, savoury flavour and a clean taste of the sea. They are cooked in seawater, lightly dried, then packed in olive oil, which rehydrates the fish and rounds out both the taste and the texture. Sardines are an oily fish, high in omega-3.
La Narval tin their fish on the Ría de Arousa in Galicia, north-west Spain. Serve on toast, alongside a salad, or simply with crusty bread and a piece of cheese.
