Meet Our Producers

Odisseia

Douro Valley, Portugal

Odisseia Wines is a Portuguese wine producer based in the Douro Valley, one of the country’s most prestigious wine regions. The project was founded by French winemaker Jean-Hugues Gros, who settled in the Douro after extensive experience in Burgundy, Champagne, and California. Since 2004, Odisseia has focused on producing elegant, terroir-driven wines that showcase the diversity of the Douro’s native grape varieties and its dramatic vineyard landscape. Working with local vineyards and traditional Douro varieties such as Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, the winery is known for crafting expressive, balanced wines that combine freshness, structure, and regional authenticity.
