Description
Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc
Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc is made in the Languedoc region of southern France from a blend of rare white grape varieties, typically including Viognier, Petit Manseng, Chardonnay, and other aromatic cépages planted on limestone-rich soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, with fermentation carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic detail, followed by ageing on fine lees to build texture and complexity.
