Meinklang Gruner Veltliner

Meinklang Grüner Veltliner is a biodynamic white wine from Burgenland, Austria, made by the Michlits family on their large mixed farm estate where vineyards are integrated with livestock and soil-building practices under Demeter certification. The grapes are grown without synthetic chemicals and harvested from organically managed parcels that emphasise soil health and biodiversity. The wine is made with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts and minimal intervention in the cellar, typically fermented in stainless steel or neutral vessels to preserve freshness. It is bottled with little to no filtration, resulting in a clean, expressive style that reflects both the grape variety and the estate’s low-intervention philosophy.
