Wicklow Blue Brie 150g – white rinded blue cheese whose blue flavour is very mild and unobtrusive. The overall impression is one of buttery whipped cream and white mushrooms
Durrus mini 360g – Washed-rind Irish Farmhouse cheese with a mild and creamy flavour. The orangey pink washed rind gives the cheese mild earthy flavour which pairs perfectly with the buttery inside.
Sheridans Carbery Mature Cheddar 650g – This cheddar has a rich and creamy texture, perfectly pairing with jam or chutney. This showcases the best of Irish creamery cheddars
