Tomme de Savoie is a traditional semi-soft cow’s milk cheese from the French Alps, known for its rustic natural rind and gentle, approachable flavour. Originally made to use leftover milk after cream was skimmed, it has a slightly lower fat content but still delivers a mild, nutty, and lightly earthy taste that becomes more complex with age. Its supple texture and balanced flavour make it a versatile choice, perfect for cheeseboards, sandwiches, or pairing with charcuterie and wine.
