West Cork Biscuit Co. roasted hazelnut & white chocolate cookies are made in small batches using a traditional hand-crafted method. The dough is mixed with Irish butter, unbleached flour, muscovado sugar, free-range eggs, roasted hazelnuts and white chocolate chips (often with a little desiccated coconut in the mix), then portioned and shaped by hand before being baked in a traditional oven for a slightly rustic finish.
