Story

Cuvee Blanc an be paired with seafood, vegetables, but most of all cheese. A classic pairing in my mind is Chasselas and fondue. I went about gathering, and melting in my crock pot, Gruyere, Gouda, and Swiss cheese, of course.

Zahringer are an award winning winery from Baden in the Southwest of Germany. They have been farming Organically since 1986 and received there Demeter Certification of Biodynamic farming practices in 2010.
