Crottin de Chavignol, a subtle, slightly earthy and nutty. The texture is crumbly and the mould on the rind matures into a bluish colour. Great on a cheese board and/or once a little older and on the firmer side, shaved onto a salad. 

Cáis Na Tíre, a delicious Irish Ewes milk, the flavour has a little earthiness and sweet notes of caramel and orchard frutis. Its hard texture makes it great for a cheese board but also for shaving onto pastas or salads.  

Goat Log with Flowers, A delicate and mild fresh goat’s milk cheese with a coating of edible flowers.  

Cremeux de Bougogne, a classic mould-rind double-crème cheese. Surrounded by a white bloom rind smelling faintly of mushrooms, the interior of this sumptuous, 72% butterfat cheese is a soft white paste that tastes like a heavenly mixture of butter and stiffly whipped cream.
