About Our Wines

Since our inception, Sheridans Cheesemongers have been dedicated to artisan producers and their products, and our wine offering is no different.

We work with Enrico Fantasia, owner of Grape Circus Wines and our long time Venetian friend and connoisseur of wine and food. He selects our wines from traditional vineyards mainly from his home country: Italy, but also from Croatia, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria and Germany. Whether you are buying for yourself, as a gift, or for your wedding or event, we carry a fabulous range of delicious wines for every occasion.

As always, I focus on small dynamic vineyards as well as co-ops that perform with the same ethos of respect for the farmer and the land. I have managed to find even more vineyards with ecological and oenological philosophies that in many cases exceed European organic legislation. Most importantly, given that the ultimate aim lies in our drinking pleasure; these wines are absolutely beautiful to drink!  I have recently added to our existing entries new finds that are not only inexpensive but deliver exceptional value for money.
