Each day is spent learning about the most beautiful cheeses and foods from Ireland and Europe, their history, their producers and how it’s made. You will get to know the producers and see first-hand the love and care that goes into their products. You will be trained in food safety, how to care for and cut cheese, all about charcuterie, olives, and pastas. You will be given the confidence to step forward with your opinion on products and to have great conversations with our customers about what to choose for dinner, a party, or that very special family occasion. Previous experience is not essential, we hire for attitude and train for skill
