A round shape gives it its elegance, it is a typical and colorful cheese. It is made using unique artisanal processes.
A rose candy is inserted in the center of a fresh crottin which gives it a flowing and sweet heart. A few edible flowers are added on the outside of the cheese to add beautiful colors.
