Bonilla Crisps began in 1932 as a market stall selling around different villages and towns throughout Galicia. Originally started by Salvador Bonilla, the company is run by his son Cesar Bonilla Vazquez to this day.

Bonilla crisps are made with premium Kennebec potatoes, thinly sliced, and fried perfectly with olive oil and lightly dusted in salt.

We love the big tins and bags for entertaining and the small crisps for a little treat. Try crisps dipped into cheeses like mont d’or or with a bottle of sparkling wine!

Ingredients: Potatoes, olive oil and sea salt.

The potatoes used are from Xinzo de Limia in Galicia and are carefully selected for the perfect balance of sugars and starch. The potatoes are cooked in olive oil and have a light dusting of salt.
