Immerse yourself in the indulgence of our salted caramel, where the sweetness of caramel is perfectly complemented by the delicate Achill Island sea salt. Let the tangy sweetness of strawberries become a, smooth, silky ganache.

The harvest of the grapes in the period 15-20 September brings the bunches to the right ripeness to the soft pressing. Refine on the fermentation bottoms for about 12 months in concrete. Bottled without filtration it is a tribute to purity and frankness. Dedicated to Vera.

A blend of 50% Montepulciano, 30% Sangiovese, 20% Lacrima, fermented in concrete vats and bottled without filtration, it shows a lovely onion skin colour, and with its lovely fruity character it is a tribute to purity and frankness. Dedicated to Vera, the winemaker’s mum
