Story

A range of volcanic hills just outside the city of Padua, the Colli Euganei deserve more recognition as they are home of some incredible red wines. The Rosso ‘Covolo’, a 70:30 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon fermented and aged in concrete vats, is the perfect example.

Paolo Brunello's estate, Vignale di Cecilia, is nestled in the hearth of Colli Euganei, the volcanic hills between Padova & Vicenza, and his wines are possibly the best expression of this unique terroir.
