Sheridans Brown Bread Crackers – Our Brown-Bread crackers are handmade for us in West Cork. We use Flour that is stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills, Butter from Bandon Co-op and buttermilk produced by the Cronin family from Belgooly; all in Co Cork.

Cashel Blue 200g –Ireland’s favourite and most famous farmhouse cheese! The flavour is creamy and sweet with a mild tang making it perfect for crusty bread with Sheridan Onion Marmalade or in recipes calling for blue cheese.  

Chimac Korean Siracha Caramel Sauce – Some call it life’s sweetest kiss – we call it Sriracha Caramel. Chimac’s Sriracha Caramel marries sweet caramel, fresh garlic and spicy Sriracha to create a perfectly balanced elixir. This fragrant, sticky syrup is that special something you’ve been looking for.

Gubbeen – A semi-firm washed-rind with a medium nutty flavour. This is the mini version that comes as a single unit, not cut. Made with cow’s milk by the Ferguson family in West Cork.

Schnebelhorn – Sweet, nutty, and savoury, with undertones of roast onion. Schnebelhorn is a rich and robust cheese. It has a great bite with the occasional crystalline bit here and there. An excellent addition to a cheeseboard.  

Sheridans Chutney For Cheese 105g – A mini version of our classic chutney. This apple and plum chutney is made for us by Janet Drew in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. Perfect with any cheese or sandwich.

Ispini Beer Sticks – Cider chorizo beer sticks.

Bonilla Spanish Crisps 50g – Bonilla crisps are made with premium Kennebec potatoes, thinly sliced, and fried perfectly with olive oil and lightly dusted in salt.
