Story
A very traditional ‘vino dulce natural’ (natural sweet wine) produced by stopping the fermentation when it reaches 8% of natural alcohol by adding distilled wine until 15% alcohol is reached. Is then aged with the Solera method. Dried fruit, macerated strawberries, custard and a touch of oxidation: an incredible combination of factors that makes this wine totally delicious.Producer
