Story

Grape juice "Tirosh" is produced by the Barkan wine company from its own raw materials. The grapes, harvested by hand, immediately go to the winery. After careful sorting, the grapes are gently pressed, the resulting juice flows by gravity into steel tankers to undergo a static pulp sedimentation procedure. The juice, free from sediment and suspended particles, is mixed and sent to the filling line. Before bottling, the juice is filtered, heated to 87 ° C and filled into glass bottles with a screw cap.
