Our Vanilla Beans are sourced from the Sepik Region of Papua New Guinea which is renown for producing some of the worlds best vanilla.

Its all organically grown by small holder farmers who get above Fairtrade price for their vanilla.

Beans  are traditionally cured to develop the full, complex vanilla flavour made up  of over 200 organic compounds which artificial vanilla  cannot properly replicate.
The entire process takes anywhere from 6 to 9 months after pollination.
