The Roccafiore Rosato is made from 100% Sangiovese grown on white clay and limestone soils.

One of the most exciting wineries in the somewhat sleepy Umbrian wine scene, Roccafiore is an organic estate located on the hills near the medieval town of Todi. The wines are crafted from local indigenous varieties Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Grechetto di Todi, the main focus of the winery.
